We value your sponsorship and are grateful for your participation in DFWSEM. Without your support we would not be the premier digital marketing organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The following guidelines have been adopted to ensure our members always see you at your best.
Sponsorship payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to any event.
All members of the sponsor team must be registered in advance. A discount code will be issued for any free tickets included with your level of sponsorship. If registration is completed 24 hours in advance we will make every effort to have a pre-printed name badge waiting on you at the registration table. Badges must be worn at all times while at the event.
Any guests of the sponsor above the free tickets included with your sponsorship must be registered and paid at the rate for that event.
If you are scheduled to have a table at one of our monthly meetings you are expected to arrive 30 minutes before registration starts for setup. This will ensure you have sufficient time to prepare your display. Once registration opens you should be ready to interact with our guests as they arrive. If you arrive after registration opens there will not be a table available and you will be limited to mingling with guests. No refunds or credits will be given for late arrival at DFWSEM events.
