Business Development Lead Generation Associate Job Brief

  • 100% outbound phone sales pipeline development
  • Cold call prospecting in targeted  market
  • Weekly call volume and conversion to appointment requirements, with weekly rewards for performance
  • Works under general supervision as part of a small focused business development team
  • A high degree of self-discipline and ability to handle multiple “no’s” to get to a “yes” is expected

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Proven ability to work with others
  • Proven sense of initiative
  • Ability to manage to deadlines in a shifting environment with competing priorities
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Additionally Preferred

  • Call center or heavy volume outbound phone experience
  • Experience using SalesForce.com
  • Active involvement with Professional association memberships/groups
  • Participation in Community service/organizations
